GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

EUROBATEX is available as pipe insulation, sheet and roll, which are HCFC free and O.D.P zero. It strictly conforms to all current European standards. These products are ideal for the thermal insulation of refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems, as well as plumbing and sanitary installation and special applications requiring the use of dust fiber free products.

APPLICATION

It is recommended for any application involving the insulation of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, plumbing and sanitary systems, particularly when high thermal efficiency is required at temperatures between -45°C and +105°C. The characteristics of an elastomeric rubber material, particularly its integral vapor barrier, closed cell structure; ensures that its physical properties are maintained in services.

EUROBATEX ISOLTEC

This products is available as flexible expanded rubber foam in the foam of tubes and sheets; it is ODP Zero and GWP Zero insulation materials with a multi -layer jacketing. The isoltec jacket is made from PVC laminated to aluminum foil, with UV-resistant surface coating. It is suitable for both refrigeration systems and air conditioning application and has a high emissivity surface for optimum condensation control.

Available in sheets thicknesses 6mm, 13mm, 19mm, 25mm, 32mm and 40mm. Pipe with wall thickness 9mm, 13mm, 25mm, and 32mm and bore diameter from 6mm to 160mm.
